Down by 7 against Team Strive 2011, Tx Ambassadors - AE goes on a defensive fed run to win by 11 pts over Strive. Every player scored showing great team balance with leading scorings being Allison Terry (team high 10pts), Danielle Lofton, Raveen Burton, Kayrin Monroe and Dy'Mesheon Hyder. Hyder made the highlight tape with a 3 pter at the top of the key. They got an inspired effort and coming out party from Shari Stewart and Kayla Thompson as they scored 6 ea and got key blocks. Kaylin Monroe and Angela Beadle were solid as well and keyed that stretch run with defensive and rebounding.

AE faced a gamed Coach 2 Coast team out of H-town and won 52-42. Danielle Lofton had 16 pts, Kayrin chipped in 11 pts and Angela lead in rebounding with 8. Everyone scored again. Raveen and Allyson were solid again with highlight plays and the twins set it off defensively as they always do. Coach Martin felt this game was a little sloppy but the scheduler is not making it easy for them with only 1 game rest between games. Coach loves the effort though and their willingness to share the ball.  AE17u is off and rolling and have 2 more competitive games tomorrow.
