San Antonio's Gramling Boys Grab Honors

2012 PG 6'3" Matt Gramling (below) of San Antonio MacArthur was recently named Newcomer of the Year for the City of San Antonio by the Express-News.

He averaged 12.6 PPG, 4.5 RPG & 4.3 APG in leading the Brahmas to a share of the District 26-5A Championship.  He was also named 1st team All District.


Older brother, 2010 Matt Gramling (below) also of San Antonio MacArthur has also accepted his appointment to West Point and will play this coming year for the Army Prep.  The Gramling's are the sons of Mr & Mrs Jon Gramling.  Pops coached and the boys played 2 seasons for the Texas D-1 Ambassadors. He'll be joined at Army by another Texas D-1 Ambassador, Austin Bowie's Trey Lindsey.
