A decisive 3rd quarter broke open this nail biter.  2012 G Michael Hardge had 16 for Georgetown while 2011 P Mark Nwakamma of Leander was tough inside as he had 12.

After deciding at the last minute not to sign with D1 Mount St. Mary's, Jalen Washington (left) is on a mission in his senior season.  He has scored over 40 several times already.  Meanwhile, the PG parade continues at Austin Westlake as 2013 G Will Morse (right) has topped 30 points twice in the last week.  He's got big shoes to fill in following Cody Doolin (averaging 35 minutes per game at San Francisco) but the fuzzy faced soph seems undeterred by it.  he just plays his quiet, efficient game night in & night out.

The Senior backcourt at Hendrickson were led by Jalen Washington's 27 & Jalen Harris' 25, many of them from the free throw line.  The young Westlake squad continues to mature as 2013 G Will Morse led the way with 30 points. This was Morse's second 30 point performance of the week.

Balanced scoring all around by both squads in this white knuckle contest.  Senior Blair Williams had 12 in the win, while 2013 P 6'10" Leonard Allen had 10 in the loss.

The Maroons are quietly positioning themselves as one of the area's top teams.  Their Senior backcourt of Alex Reinking (20) & Eric McClellan (16) controlled the game.
Austin Waldorf 63  Brentwood Christian 57
Veteran Coach Rob Clifford has his best Waldorf team in memoory.  They were led by 2011 G Santiago Paredes (19) & 2012 G Victor Garate (17).
2012 Victor Garate (left) is shooting the ball well for Austin Waldorf, while Del Valle's Karim York (Santa Clara) is back in the lineup after suffering a hairline fracture in his thumb.

Karim York (Santa Clara) came back from injury to post 12 in the win, while 2011 G LaDarrien Williams had 13 for Manor.

Akins blew opena 2 point game in the 4th quarter and coasted to the win. Malcolm Canada (22) and Yolonzo Moore (21) led Akins.  East Central's 2012 P John Baker had 27 for the Hornets.

2013 P Nick Melvin had 15 for the Bulldogs in the win.

Seniors Brandon Bullock led the way with 26 poinys & Royce O'Neale notched 18 points 19 rebounds to lead the Knights to the win.
Tre Demps (Northwestern) continues his high level play, while 2013 G Justin Graham continues to build his rep in the Class of 2013.

Reagan was led by Tre Demps (Northwestern) with 25 & Max Yon (Air Force-22). Devonta Brown (Indiana State-26) & Jaleel Williams 19 led Ellison.

2013 G Johnny Azzinaro dropped 31 for Brennan.

2012 G Matt Gramling had 23 for the Brahmas.
