D1- AMBASSADORS 2014 GO 3-1 IN CY-FAIR FILA CLASSIC

Team 2014
Team 2014 competed in the 8th annual Cy-Fair Fila Classic this weekend in Houston. Our young talented group of 7th/8th graders played  at a high level in the "Oklahoma" 16u division. With tons of coaches on hand Team 2014 showed they are ready to compete with the older college prospects. Led by one of the best three guard sets around, the group showed this weekend that age is just a number. 2014 G 5'6 Tiffany Fowler has really elevated her game. Tiffany has great range on her shot, and will burn you from deep. 2014 G 5'3 Sarai Rodriquez has excellent ball handling, passing, and shooting skills. The true point guard from Georgetown has a great passion for the game, and plays with a high energy level. 2015 G 5'5 Japreece Dean comes to play with the best of them. With the game tied 40-40 against Cy-Fair Prenier, Dean spreaded the floor and took her man staright to the cup to give her team a 2 point lead and the win.

2015 W 5'7 Kennedy Harris continues to be a beast, especially around the basket. Kennedy who is going into the 8th grade this Fall really puts her work in. Most high school girls have a tough time keeping up with the great slasher from Murchison Middle School. Kennedy has good ball handling skills, with a nice perimeter shot.

2014 F 5'11 Shondra Guillory has been very effective in the post. Shondra will head into Anderson as a freshman this year and should make the Varsity squad. Shondra has good footwork with some nifty moves around the basket. Shondar is developing her outside game and should be a nice package for the Trojans this season.

Team 2014 Beat the San Antonio Rohawks, Cy-Fair Premier, and the Cy-Fair Texans.
Their 3 point loss came at the hands of the Push The Rock 16u out of Austin.
